Water is a perquisite for life. Importance of pure drinking water can be estimated from the fact that our body contains about 75% of water. Water is an integral part of our body, and forms the basis of all the fluids in our body like blood, lymph, urine, saliva, perspiration etc. This all makes it very important to provide your body unadulterated drinking water and keep it hydrated at all times.
Water is a supreme commander of all the body functions. It is responsible for transferring of energy to each and every cell in the body. The electrical and magnetic energy is what makes gives us the power to live.

Tap water should be avoided as it contains harmful impurities and usually contaminated. It is highly recommended to prefer drinking filtered water.
